Beautiful studio room to rent near the Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew
THE ROOM
Welcome to our beautiful self contained studio room with ensuite shower room and kitchenette, independent entrance and hallway yet within the family home. Conveniently situated, Kew Gardens, The National Archives and Kew Gardens station are all within a short walk .
A good sized bright, clean, light and airy room with a double bed, drawers, wardrobe, blackout blinds, a table and chairs and a television with Freeview, along with a lovely shower room and kitchen area equipped with all the essentials for your stay.
What's Provided
Guests are greeted on arrival and we are on hand to help with any enquiries you may have.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kitchen essentials.
A selection of tea and coffee is also provided.
There is a free wi-fi and a television with Freeview, a table and chairs for eating and or working and a good sized shower room with towels, shower gel and shampoo.
Breakfast
A continental style breakfast is provided and will be in the room upon your arrival, and daily thereafter.

Check in is after 3pm and check out by 11am
Linen is changed and rooms are cleaned every 5 days for longer stays.

Local Area
The Royal Botanic Gardens

Kew Gardens is a 5 minute walk to either the Victoria Gate or Lion Gate entrances.
Fabulous at any time of year, there is always plenty to see.
Visit Kews many glasshouses; the Palm, Temperate, Waterlily, Alpine houses and Princess of Wales Conservatory, all different, all special. There's also the Pagoda, Marianne North Gallery, Queen Charlottes Cottage and the Treetop Walk.
In Springtime don't miss the Bluebell Woods, Magnolias, Blossom or the Rhododendron walk.
In Summer there's spectacular Herbaceous borders, the Rose Garden, Julys evening concerts and picnics on the lawn. Visit Kew Palace or sit on a bench and look across the Thames to the Syon park vista from the terrace.
Gorgeous colours of Autumn all over the Gardens are a must especially around the lake and in Winter the frosty lawns and sculptural trees are always beautiful, not forgetting the illuminating and spectacular 'Christmas at Kew.'

Transport

Almost anywhere in the West end is approx. 30 minutes by underground from Kew Gardens station, which is in zone 3 and a 7 minute walk from here.
The station serves the Disrict line (green) and the overground (orange )
There are bus stops a moments walk from the property with buses that run via Richmond, to Twickenham Rugby stadium and on to Hounslow in one direction and Hammersmith via Kew Bridge and Chiswick in the other .
There is on street parking outside the property with parking restrictions between 10-12 weekdays (zone KA)
Vouchers can be provided for £1.50 a day if necessary.

The National Archives

The National archives are approx 10-12 minutes walk from the property . Open 7 days a week, details can be found here https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk
Nearby Richmond park is perfect for long walks, deer spotting and a visit, during May, to the Isabella Plantation with its spectacular array of colour, it's a must.
Fabulous unspoilt views of the river from the terrace on Richmond Hill can be seen a short walk from the parks Richmond Gate, and after a little walk down the hill you will arrive at Richmond town centre with all its restaurants, bars, shops and riverside pubs .
Henry VIII's Hampton court, famous palace and gardens can be reached leisurely by boat from Kew bridge during the summer months or by train or bus from Richmond .
